We encourage you to carefully read the product descriptions, measurements, and this policy before placing an order, as we do not offer returns or exchanges unless a mistake has occurred on our end.
1. Replacement Eligibility
We only offer a replacement for the same item if:
- A wrong product has been delivered to you.
- The product is eligible for exchange only if a parcel unboxing video from start to end is shared with us.
No other reasons are eligible for replacement, return, or refund. All purchases are final.
To request a replacement, please contact us at wecare@fabricofindia.com, and attach clear images of the product received showing the issue along with the unboxing video.
2. Refund Policy
Please note: We do not process refunds under any condition.
Only exchanges are considered, and only if the above eligibility criteria are met.
3. Return Request Timeline
Our return/replacement policy is valid only within 2 days of delivery, and only for the reason listed above (wrong product received). The eligibility is counted from the date marked as "Delivered" by our logistics partner.
4. How to Raise a Request
To initiate a return request:
Email us at wecare@fabricofindia.com with your order number and clear photos of the item highlighting the issue, and the complete unboxing video from the start of opening the sealed parcel.
Our Quality Assurance Team will assess the request and respond within 2–3 business days.
5. Reverse Pickup & Replacement Process
If your return request is approved:
We will arrange a reverse pickup from your location (wherever serviceable). Pickup generally takes 2–3 working days, and the item reaches our warehouse within 4–6 days.
After successful inspection at our warehouse, your replacement item will be dispatched.
The product will be delivered in 7 to 10 working days.
6. Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
